- Where customers can track their orders?
If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service you can most definitely follow its journey. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is on its way, simply click on your tracking link in this email to view the up-to-date tracking information.
- Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done?
Yes our processing time is 2 to 3 days which means we can allow product & delivery address changes once your order has been placed. To do so email contact@cleoluxe.com with your name order number and request. All product changes are subject the product availability. Additional charges for products and/or delivery must be paid by the customer before order is shipped.
- How can I maintain the jewellery?
All of our jewellery is gold or silver plated stainless steel fashion jewellery, not real pure gold/silver. To ensure longevity try to avoid contact with salt water & sweat. Remove the jewellery while bathing or washing. Do not spray perfume directly on jewellery and avoid mixing with other jewellery or abrasive surfaces.
